Arenas

The main arena is 200 x 350 feet, covered, lighted and air cooled with 8 twenty-seven foot fans.

The second arena is lighted and offers daily space specifically for the continual training of western performance horses. This arena is designed to adequately train reining, cutting, roping and reined cow horses, making this possible by strategically placing the holding pens for the cattle used in each of these techniques. An added training bonus is a mechanical cutting critter.

The third arena is for the training and use of English Hunter/Jumper performance horses. This arena will house jumps needed for daily training; thus allowing for adequate English and Western training without conflict.

Enclosed Barns
$650 per month

On site there will be three high-tech fully enclosed barns with outside runs. Each barn will have twenty-seven stalls, 12 x 12 in size with a 12 x 16 run, and an indoor wash area.

Standard Amenities - Luxury wood panel stalls with Brazilin hardwood fronts, AM and PM Alfalfa or Bermuda Hay, tack rooms, limited available private tack rooms and conjoined tack rooms, individual computer controlled stall lighting, main security cameras, automatic waters, rubber stall mats, dust free pelleted shavings, automatic insect control systems, rubber pavers breezeway, multiple cross tie areas and hitching posts and wash area.

Optional Amenities - Infra-red heaters, cooling fans, individual security/video cameras for access to view your horse via the internet while off property, individualized supplementation programs, lunch feedings. In addition, the cameras will provide twenty-four hour security inside and outside of the barns and property.

Mare Barn
$450 per month

The mare barns are also 12 x 12 and offer cover from the elements yet provides an outdoor environment that is often preferred by some clientele. These barns will also have access to optional individual and conjoined tack rooms and wash areas.

Reproduction and Rehabilitation Barn
$650 per month ~ $25 per day

The last barn on site is specifically the reproduction and rehabilitation barn.  This barn provides space for the purpose of state-of-the-art breeding that encompasses collection and storage of cooled/frozen semen and embryos used in artificial inseminations and transfers. In addition, there is an area where stocks will provide a temporary and safe clean holding area for mares where such procedures will occur throughout the year.
